Why We Exist?
Jesus said, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest fields."
Inspired by this prayer, we exist to equip, strengthen, and send believers to meet the great need in the harvest.
We do this locally, regionally, and globally by empowering churches, caring for the vulnerable, and sharing the love of Jesus
Mission:
Our mission is to equip believers, empower churches, and engage communities with the hope of Jesus through discipleship, leadership development, strategic partnerships, and compassionate outreach.
Vision:
Our vision is to see believers equipped, churches mobilized, and communities transformed by the hope of Jesus.
Our strategy
-
We train and resource believers, pastors, and ministry leaders with biblical clarity, Spirit-empowered confidence, and cultural intelligence. —developing leaders who disciple others, care for the wounded, and minister with integrity.
Our desire is to help God’s people grow in maturity, lead with integrity, and minister effectively in today’s culture.
-
We strengthen local churches by helping them build repeatable discipleship and outreach pathways that multiply leaders, reach the next generation, and send workers—locally and globally. We believe the local church is God’s primary strategy, and our role is to serve it.
-
We deliver practical mercy and gospel-centered mission—especially in crisis areas—through trusted partnerships and Hope Center strategies that move people from survival to stability. Compassion creates a bridge for a relationship, and a relationship creates space for the Gospel.
We seek to serve in ways that reflect the compassion of Christ, open doors for ministry, and help establish lasting pathways for transformation.
